• Open play is available Monday-Friday with no time limit; weekends and holidays require reservations with a 2-hour play limit.
• Each paying child includes up to 2 free adults; additional adults must pay for separate admission.
• Babies under 10 months are free if accompanied by a paying sibling.
• A signed digital waiver is required before entry.
• Shoes are not allowed inside; grippy socks are mandatory for kids and available for purchase if you do not have one. Parents/Guardian/Nannies have to wear socks or indoor slippers available at front desk. No outside slippers, sandals are allowed inside.
• Strollers are not permitted inside due to space constraints.
• Our play space is designed for younger children, but all ages are welcome as long as they respect the play environment.
• All the rules applies to older siblings above 10 years old as well, even if they “don’t play”. A guardian accompanying a child must be at least 16 years old.
• We reserve the right to update our prices and policies without notice.

• For the well-being of all, only healthy children and adults may enter.
  
• Staff and guests must stay home if showing signs of illness (fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, etc.).
  
• Children (and staff) may return once they’ve been symptom-free for 24 hours without medication.
  
• Staff may kindly turn away anyone who appears unwell.
  
• If your child is sick, please stay home — we’ll make every attempt to honor and reschedule your play session for a future date.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed (except baby bottles & water bottles).
  
• We are a nut-free facility to minimize allergy risks.
  
• Food & drinks from our café must remain in the designated seating area — no food is permitted in play areas.
  
• No chewing gum in the facility.

• Our play space is parent-supervised for Open Play — guardians must monitor their children at all times.
  
• Staff is not responsible for child supervision.
  
• Unsafe play and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
  
• Photography is welcome, but please capture only your own children to respect others’ privacy.
  
• Our facility is regularly sanitized with hospital-grade cleaning solutions.
  
• High-touch areas are disinfected throughout the day.
  
• Management reserves the right to update policies and refuse entry if necessary for safety and smooth operation.
  
• Free WiFi available while you relax in our lounge.
